A comprehensive Travel Agent training program is offered by the International Cruise Council Australasia, that was originally based on CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association - USA) Cruise Counsellor Certification Program. Enhanced to better reflect local market conditions the ICCA training has two levels of achievement:

The Cruise Consultant Certification Program allows customers to recognise those dedicated agents who have developed extensive cruise industry knowledge and superior selling skills.
