The key to our success is having staff that are passionate about cruising. We have three full time cruise sellers that are ICCA Masters and three other sellers (one ICCA Masters and two ICCA Accredited) that are actively involved in cruise sales. My advice to other retailers is 'do the ICCA training and make yourself invaluable as a cruise seller'
