
The ICCA training modules are based on travel agency training originally developed by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and have been adapted to reflect the Australian and New Zealand market.
To register for one or more of the seminars listed below, simply tick the ones you wish to attend. Then scroll down and click the Register on-line button and you will be taken to a booking form to add your contact details and comments.
On receipt of the enrollment form you will receive an email confirmation of course details, time, date and venue.
Please note that each person attending must register independently and submit their enrolment form to the ICCA office no later than 7 days prior to the course date. Numbers are limited at each venue and we suggest you enroll early to avoid disappointment.
Please note - minimum numbers must be achieved for all training sessions to proceed.
Cancellation Policy:
- Written advice received outside 7 working days of training date – no penalty.
- Written advice received within 7 working days and up to 3 working days of training date – name changes will be accepted for another person that is employed in the same office OR transfer to a future training date (once only). Refunds requested within this period will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one training module.
- Written advice received within 2 working days of training date – at this late stage no refund will be given and transfer to a future training date is not available, however last minute name changes will be accepted for another person that is employed in the same office.
- No shows – no transfer, credit or refund will be given
