CLIA unveils new-look Cruise Dynamics

CLIA Australasia has launched its latest re-certification elective, Cruise Dynamics 2019, offering a completely new learning experience for travel agents.

Introduced to the CLIA Learning Academy today, Cruise Dynamics 2019 looks at the top 20 news stories that influenced the cruise industry in 2018. From product announcements to industry initiatives, it provides insight into what each new development means for the industry and the opportunities created for travel agents in 2019.

Agents who hold a certificate which expired on 31 January 2019 need to complete this elective to renew their certificate through to 31 January 2020. Twenty CLIA Accreditation Points will be provided for completing the elective.

With a revamped format and modern design, Cruise Dynamics 2019 brings a new look to the CLIA Learning Academy, setting the benchmark for all future courses to be launched. The new elective has been designed to offer an enhanced learning experience, with an intuitive design, spectacular imagery and interactive elements.
