Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person, provided they are a CLIA member. Please contact the CLIA team immediately to arrange the name change. Please note, cancelled tickets cannot be resold or transferred once you advise CLIA of your cancellation.
I can no longer attend. Can I receive a refund for my ticket?
No. As per CLIA’s terms and conditions, we do not offer ticket refunds. You can transfer your ticket to another CLIA member. Please email info-aus@cruising.org if you would like to arrange a transfer.
Will I get CLIA points for attending Cruise360?
Yes, you will receive 35 CLIA points per day after completion of the post-event survey. Provided your attendance is recorded and you have supplied your name and CLIA ID.
When will I receive my CLIA points?
CLIA points will be allocated after Cruise360 once attendance has been confirmed. Please ensure you provide your name and CLIA ID when requested. If you choose not to provide these details, points cannot be allocated to you.
I am not a CLIA member, can I still attend?
Cruise360 attendance is for CLIA members only. If you are not yet a member and would like to attend, please contact the CLIA team to discuss membership.
Will there be discounted accommodation?
Our accommodation provider, Ozaccom will have rates available at a number of hotels closer to the event date, pricing and rooms are subject to availability.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, parking is available at the Royal International Convention Centre however, there are no parking discounts associated with Cruise360.
Can I attend one day and a colleague attend the other day?
No. A ticket cannot be shared between two people across the two days. You and your colleague must each purchase an individual ticket, even if you plan to attend on different days.
I am flying in the morning of the conference, will there be anywhere to leave my bag?
Yes, a cloakroom will be available at the venue on both days for bags. CLIA accepts no responsibility for items left in the cloakroom.
