Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person, provided they are a CLIA member. Please contact the CLIA team immediately to arrange the name change. Please note, cancelled tickets cannot be resold or transferred once you advise CLIA of your cancellation.
I can no longer attend. Can I receive a refund for my ticket?
No. As per CLIA’s terms and conditions, we do not offer ticket refunds. You can transfer your ticket to another CLIA member. Please email info-aus@cruising.org.au if you would like to arrange a transfer.
Will I get CLIA points for attending?
CLIA points will be allocated after the CLIA LIVE event once attendance has been confirmed. Please ensure you provide your name and CLIA ID when requested. If you choose not to provide these details, points cannot be allocated to you. You will receive 30 points per day.
I’m not a CLIA member. Can I still come to CLIA LIVE?
CLIA LIVE attendance is for CLIA members only. If you are not yet a member and would like to attend, please contact the CLIA team to discuss membership.
