Levels of CLIA Certification

CLIA Accredited

This is the entry level of the CLIA Certification Program in Australasia. Travel advisors who display their accredited certificate and/or logo illustrate that they have completed the first level of CLIA training courses.

CLIA Ambassador

This is the second tier of the CLIA Australasia Certification Program and indicates travel advisors who have engaged further in the cruise industry with on-going training and experience.

CLIA Master

This is the highest tier of the CLIA Australasia Certification program. Travel advisors who have achieved Master level have completed the CLIA Australasia Master course, and are fully engaged in all things cruising.
