CLIA LIVE Cruise Line Training returns in 2021, with a new theme focussing on “the guest experience”. This intensive 2-day training event provides consultants with valuable training from CLIA cruise lines. 

The theme for CLIA LIVE in 2021 is “The Guest Experience” and the training is designed to assist you to:

• understand the unique selling points of each cruise brand
• learn about the experience guests will enjoy onboard – in relation to dining, accommodations and on board activities and entertainment
• learn about the latest onboard technology and innovative experiences for guests
• understand how the guest experience will change when operations resume, with the introduction on new onboard health and safety measures

CLIA will open the event with an overview of the extensive new health protocols that will support the future of cruising, and participating cruise lines will provide any relevant and available updates on new policies that are being introduced.

Attendees will earn 30 CLIA points per day for attending!

As the industry prepares for the resumption of cruise, it is more important than ever for travel agents to keep themselves updated. Not only is CLIA LIVE is a fabulous opportunity to come and hear from all cruise lines at once, but it provides a wonderful opportunity for you to meet and engage with industry peers.

*Please note that CLIA LIVE Auckland is tentatively scheduled for 18 & 19 May, and events in Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne will be scheduled later this year.

 

CLIA LIVE is a must attend event, suitable for new-to-cruise agents as well as those who have been selling cruise for many years.
