When do nominations open and close?
Nominations for all CLIA Australasia award categories will be accepted from 9:00am Monday, 12 October 2026 until 11:59pm Friday, 20 November 2026.

Who is eligible to receive a nomination?
To be eligible for any award, the travel agent or agency nominee must be a current CLIA member.

Who can place a nomination for the award categories?
- Nominations for the Agency of the Year categories - Single Location/Brand, Multi-Location/Brand and Online, will only be accepted from CLIA Cruise Lines.
- Nominations for the Media Award will be accepted from any journalist in Australia or New Zealand.
- Nominations for the Hall of Fame Award will be accepted from CLIA Cruise Lines and voted on by CLIA Australasia’s Executive Committee.
- Nominations for all other individual and promotion award categories will be accepted fromCLIA Travel Agent/Agency Members.

How are the award finalists determined?
Finalists will be selected based on the submissions that most effectively address the award crieteria and demonstrate the nominee's achievements, performance and contribution through clear, relevant and specific examples.

When will the list of finalists be announced?
The announcement date for the 2026 CLIA Australasia Cruise Industry Awards finalists will be made in mid-January.

Are finalists required to submit anything to the judges?
Finalists for Rising Star and all Agency of the Year Award categories will be required to provide a seperate written submission for review by an independent panel of judges.
For all other award categories, the original submissions of the selected Finalists will be forwarded directly to the independent judging panel for final assessment. All information provided as part of the submission process will remain strictly confidential.
